By accessing or using DigInterface at www.diginterface.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and API consumers. Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
DigInterface provides a free online toolkit for IT professionals, email administrators, developers and domain owners. Tools include DNS lookup, WHOIS, SPF analysis, blacklist checking, SSL inspection, email deliverability testing, HTTP header analysis, domain age checking and various developer utilities.
A REST API is available for programmatic access to selected tools. The Service is provided free of charge, with no guarantee of continued availability or feature completeness.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:
The DNS, WHOIS, blacklist, SSL and HTTP header tools make queries to third-party systems on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring your use of these tools complies with the terms of service of those third-party systems and applicable law. Do not use these tools to perform bulk queries against systems without the operator's permission.
The SMTP Send tool is provided for legitimate email testing purposes only. You must only use it to test mail servers and email addresses that you own or have explicit permission to test. Use for sending unsolicited email (spam) is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
Access to the DigInterface REST API requires a registered account and an API key. API usage is subject to the following additional conditions:
The API is provided free of charge for personal, research and commercial use within these Terms. If you require higher rate limits or a service level agreement, contact us at info@diginterface.com.
All content on DigInterface — including the source code, design, tool logic, documentation and written content — is the intellectual property of DigInterface and is protected by applicable copyright law.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
Query results returned by the tools (DNS records, WHOIS data, blacklist results etc.) are derived from public third-party data sources and are not claimed as our intellectual property.
We aim to keep DigInterface available at all times but make no guarantees of uptime, availability or performance. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or factors beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by unavailability of the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
Tool results should not be relied upon as the sole basis for security, compliance or operational decisions. Always verify results through additional sources where accuracy is critical.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DIGINTERFACE AND ITS OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed AUD $100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Service or third parties.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including sections on intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
If you are located in the EU/EEA, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For significant changes, we will notify registered users by email where reasonably practicable.
